2.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the a.musing Site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the a.musing and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the a.musing Site impossible or impractical.

3. General

3.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the a.musing Site from time to time. We will post any changes on the a.musing Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the a.musing Site. 3.6 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof). We collect information about you for three reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (unless to confirm orders).
